Most AI consultants come from one direction. I've spent two decades building product and leading digital transformation, including serving as Chief Product Officer for a global firm and founding two AI-native startups. I've built AI products with Fortune 500 companies, hold Stanford's Human-Centered AI certificate, and serve as an advisor to the Cyber Foundation.

That's why my coaching and speaking feel different. The advice is grounded, not theoretical. I build the systems myself, so when I tell you what works, I know because I've done it.

I keynote and lead workshops for rooms full of leaders, from Chief to Women in Retail, Women in Family Offices, and SHRM. I also coach executives one-to-one through the Executive Operating System, where we build your actual tools in a single focused session.
