Decision Log
Track what was decided, who decided it, and why. The AI references this to avoid re-litigating settled questions.
Meeting Notes
Structured notes the AI can actually parse. One rolling document, newest on top, consistent format every time.
Team Principles
The guiding philosophies the AI enforces. When someone drifts from a principle, the AI flags it.

The framework is platform-agnostic. Set it up in ChatGPT Projects, Claude Projects, or Google Gemini Gems—the structure is the same, only the interface differs.
